It is our mission to help you develop a positive relationship with your body and feel confident to communicate your learning about pleasure with you partner(s) and friends.

    We send out weekly journal prompts related to the learning.  Grab a journal, put pen to paper and write.

    Share your learning with your partner. Send a card or have a conversation about what feels good.
