Shipping
Shipping policy
Thanks so much for being a part of the change! We are a very small Canadian business and, for now, we are only shipping within Canada. Our team is small and therefore only ship out products on Mondays and Fridays. Because of this, your order may take a bit longer to get to you. Please know we are doing our best. It will take approximately 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive your order if you are located within a major cities in Canada. All other orders within Canada will take approximately 10-12 business days. In order to keep your shipping costs low, once fulfilled your order will be shipped by regular mail without tracking. Please know that once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Rates & Locations
We have a flat rate of CAD$9.90 for shipping across Canada. Potential delays may surface due to high volume of orders or postal service issues that are out of our control. We apologize in advance for this.
Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which can be incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Love Canoe is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Checking the status of my order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a UPS tracking number you can use to check its status at UPS.com. Please all 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do ship to P.O. boxes, however this shipping happens through Canada Post and there is no tracking number available for this shipment. Please note that if your package is shipping through Canada Post this may delay shipping times.

Returns
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase issued by Love Canoe. We do not pay the postage cost to send back the returned item.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@lovecanoe.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send the item back to the return address on your original packaging, as we will not be able to accept your return in this case.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Please know that we do not do exchanges. Instead, please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your items for the same item, send us an email at info@lovecanoe.ca and we will send you the return address.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lovecanoe.ca
